Everything is new once again
Next month we're play at Reggie's Live, a new venue in the near south side. And it turns out two (or three) of use already have a connection to this place. The stage is run by Record Breakers, an indie record store that used to be in Hoffman Estates. Justin, Phil, and I went to high school not far from there, and we figure that half the CDs we purchased during that time came from Breakers. They used to have this huge wall of used CDs, 7 or 8 bucks a piece. I found all kids of new music by going there and just listening to the newest used stuff. Anyhow, the show is on October 12th: it's a Friday night, so it'll be late, but there's no work the next day, right? Right? At least for some of us.
